Instructor(s)

Rachel Walla-Housman, CSP, CIH

Rachel Walla-Housman, CSP, CIH is a Certified Safety Professional and Certified Industrial Hygienist with 12 years of experience working with organizations throughout the United States and abroad to improve workplace safety. Throughout her experience, she noticed that most training methods failed to engage employees, resulting in dozens of hours spent in training that didn't resonate - and worse, employees often did not retain the information. Ineffective training led to poor safety performance. Ally Safety was created to make training using modern adult learning theory that would both entertain and engage employees by explaining the why behind the how, showing rather than telling, and replacing zoning out for tuning in.
